Ron Elvidge, Managing Director
Ron has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and investments in Northern California since 1982 and has closed over 100 commercial real estate transactions including light-industrial, retail, mobile home parks, office, and apartments.. Ron’s specialty is using his expertise and experience to capitalize on “add value” situations where he can implement his management skills to increase profitability, and therefore value, of income properties. Ron’s success in real estate afforded him the opportunity to invest in promissory notes. This practice started in 1990. He’s originated notes, bought existing notes, foreclosed on notes, and everything else that goes along with this profession. Ron holds a B.S. in finance, real estate from Chico State University and a real estate degree from University of Southern California.

Jim Dwulet, Managing Director
Leon James Dwulet, Jr. has been involved in the investment and development of commercial properties in California, Arizona, Nevada and Oregon. Jim’s success can be attributed to adding income producing value to commercial real estate, therefore adding resale value to each property. Over the course of his 30+ years in real estate investment and development, Jim has built a substantial portfolio of income producing properties. In addition, Jim’s knowledge of profitable developments has transferred into his successful career in commercial lending. Jim has been involved in originating, managing, foreclosing, restructuring, and buying/selling of residential and commercial notes since 1993. In addition to managing his substantial real estate and investment portfolio, Jim currently manages his own personal portfolio of commercial and residential loans. Jim began a long standing investment alliance in 1992 with Ronald Elvidge. Jim holds a B.S. in political science from Stanford University.

Tom Keelin, Managing Director
Over a 30 year career, Tom Keelin has led more than 150 decision analysis and strategic advisory assignments with more than 80 companies from Fortune 500 firms to venture-backed startup companies. For Turning Point Asset Management he is leading the development of decision-quality based processes and analytics, as well as leading selected disposition activities.  Tom is a founding partner of Keelin-Reeds Partners, LLC where he has supervised portfolio management, asset strategy and valuation, or deal terms assessment and negotiations projects for more than 30 emerging companies. Previously, Tom served as a Director of the Strategic Decisions Group (SDG) from 1985 through 1999, and as its Worldwide Managing Director from 1997 to 1999. He is a founder and is on the Board of Directors of the Decision Education Foundation. Tom has a long residential real estate background through his family. Tom holds three degrees from Stanford University: BA in economics and MS and PhD in Engineering-Economic Systems.

Michael Mischke-Reeds, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer
Michael is a founding partner of Keelin Reeds Partners, LLC, where he has led a broad range of decision analysis and strategy projects for over 30 emerging companies, including asset valuation and prodwuct development strategy, partnership strategy, deal term negotiations and portfolio management; previously, while at SDG from 1995 to 1997, he led strategy and portfolio management projects for Global 1000 companies. Michael also brings the practical knowledge of a seasoned industry executive. He co-founded Chiron Informatics, where he developed disease management solutions based on large scale data analyses. He also co-founded Fast Track Systems, the leading provider of benchmark data to biopharmaceutical organizations. His work at Chiron and Fast Track resulted in five patents. For Turning Point Asset Management, based on his expertise in applied decision analysis, data analysis and software development, Michael serves as both as CEO and leader of key bidding and exit strategy analyses and to support quality decisions at the individual loan level. He received his BA in Philosophy from Stanford University, where he was a premed student and completed the entire graduate curriculum in Decision Sciences courses, and an MA from Naropa University in Psychology.

Matthew Fistonich, Managing Director, Operations
In 2004 Matt Fistonich filed and was awarded international patents for a unique data gathering, decision making, and risk analysis software. From that technology he founded 4-Cyte, LLC, a software and hardware startup specializing in system safety, complex risk projection, and analysis. In 2006 Matt joined Victoria Real Estate, a luxury home and resort developer based in Southern California with luxury projects stretching into central Mexico. In early 2008 Matt co-founded Creative Investment Solutions, a distressed mortgage and real estate disposition platform. Late in 2008 Creative Investment Solutions, LLC became the founding General Partner of Banyan Tree Funding, LP and began actively purchasing and managing national portfolios of distressed debt and distressed real estate. Matt adds his expertise in risk analysis, risk mitigation, and system engineering to aid the Turning Point Asset Management team in purchasing, disposition, and strategy based decisions. Matt holds a BS in Aeronautical Science and an MS in System Safety (Summa Cum Laude) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Clifton Erwin, Managing Director
After a career as a top producer in the mortgage origination industry Clifton opened Capital Direct Lending, a San Diego based mortgage origination and wholesale firm in late 2006. At Capital Direct Lending, Clifton designed the sales process, the processing protocol, and the marketing system from the ground up. Through this process Clifton became an expert in all aspects of the mortgage origination industry. In early 2008 Clifton cofounded Creative Investment Solutions, a distressed mortgage and real estate disposition platform. Late in 2008 Creative Investment Solutions, LLC became the founding General Partner of Banyan Tree Funding, LP and began actively purchasing and managing national portfolios of distressed debt and distressed real estate. Clifton’s expert knowledge of legacy lending guidelines allows the Turning Point Asset Management team to make decisions based on individual characteristics of each borrower during the due diligence process. This level of expertise also allows the Turning Point Asset Management team to quickly identify exit strategies with great upside potential vs. those with higher likelihood of trouble. Clifton is a licensed California real estate agent.

Corey O’Brien, Managing Director
As a founder and developer of the United Realty Network, Mr. O'Brien created a network of industry leaders and partners compiling detailed local knowledge of real estate markets from Hawaii to New York. From the United Realty Network, Mr. O'Brien and family founded Solutions Funding, a very successful Southern California based mortgage origination and brokerage firm in 2004. In early 2008, Mr. O'Brien co-founded Creative Investment Solutions, a distressed mortgage and real estate disposition platform. Late in 2008 Creative Investment Solutions, LLC became the founding General Partner of Banyan Tree Funding, LP and began actively purchasing and managing national portfolios of distressed debt and distressed real estate. Mr. O'Brien's expertise in due diligence, loan origination, and distressed debt disposition are key factors in purchasing and disposition decisions for the Turning Point Asset Management team.

Heidi Yodowitz, Chief Financial Officer
Over a 16-year career at McKesson Corporation, ranked 15th on the Fortune 500, Heidi held a number of executive roles including SVP of Finance, Controller, and Acting CFO for the Corporation, where she was responsible for corporate-wide accounting and finance as well as decision support activities around planning, forecasting, strategy and M&A for the Corporation.  Prior to joining McKesson, Heidi was a senior manager and CPA in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, working first in Los Angeles and later in the San Francisco office.  She received an MBA in 1979 and a BA in 1975 from the University of Southern California.  Heidi serves on the Board of Glacier Water Services, Inc. (GWSV.PK), and is the Chair of the Audit Committee.  She is was a founding Board member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation. She was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Most Influential Women in Business in 2004; and on their list of Influential Women the prior two years.
